How Congress should treat BushCo.

Maybe because it's Monday and raining, I'm in a surly mood. Maybe because Huckleberry Graham and Joe Lieberman are pissing me off (more about that later), I'm in 'screw everybody' mode.

But I did find a handy visual aid to direct Congress on how they should treat the Bush administration. A capsule guide for those who need an explanation:

Congress = tortoise.
Bush administration = cat.
