Just watched McNasty on teevee doing his "freeze all but the most essential programs" schtick. He ticked off defense, veterans' care, Social Security and healthcare (hmm, isn't that the vast majority of the budget right there?), but he slipped one more right into the middle of those: NASA. Couldn't have anything to do with the fact he's giving the speech in Miami, could it? Anyone taking bets on whether NASA made the list in any other place he's campaigned? That, my friends, is pandering you can believe in.
